Neptune Beach is between Atlantic Beach and Jacksonville Beach. If you are arrested by the Neptune Beach Police Department, you will not be jailed at the beach. You will be taken to the Jacksonville Pretrial Detention Facility and your case will be handled at the Duval County Courthouse. The courthouse in Jacksonville is located at 330 East Bay Street and is open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

To get to our office from Neptune Beach, head east on J. Turner Butler. Take JTB to Philips Highway and turn right. Follow Philips Highway to Bowden Road. Turn right on Bowden Road and the first right is the entrance to our parking lot.
